1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions of use constitute an agreement between you and SOLUCIONES TECNOLÓGICAS CONTABLES Y FINANCIERAS, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA, hereinafter known as CONTADITO. By accessing and using our service platform, you agree to respect and comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this document. CONTADITO reserves the right to modify this agreement as needs arise in accordance with applicable laws.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information from your company. Although it is not part of these Terms, it is an important document you should read.
By creating a Contadito account and checking the box "I agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Contadito," you are accepting (constituting electronic acceptance) said terms and conditions. By installing, using, or accessing the Services, you are automatically accepting this agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our service platform.
2. Capacity declaration
By using our services and accepting these terms and conditions, you declare that you have full legal capacity to enter into acts and contracts in accordance with applicable laws. Furthermore, you declare and warrant that:
- a) You are of legal age according to the law.
- b) You have the legal capacity and authority to accept these terms and conditions and to fulfill all obligations set forth therein.
- c) You are not subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into acts and contracts.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal capacity to perform any transaction or act within our accounting platform. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if we determine you have violated this capacity policy or any other provision of our terms and conditions.
If we need additional information to verify your capacity to enter into acts and contracts, we reserve the right to request documentation supporting your legal capacity, such as a valid government-issued identification or other relevant documents.
3. Description and use of service
Our accounting platform is designed for exclusive use in accounting and financial activities carried out by your company. You agree to use the service solely for legal and ethical purposes, and commit to not engaging in activities that could damage, overload, or compromise the security of our platform, nor use the information provided therein for purposes not authorized by CONTADITO.
CONTADITO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our services in accordance with these terms. The license granted allows you to use our services solely for accounting and financial purposes, as permitted by these terms and any other policy or guidelines provided by us. Any other use of our services without our prior written consent is prohibited, so the service must be used with due care by the user.
All intellectual property rights related to our accounting platform, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, designs, and patents, are the exclusive property of CONTADITO. You acknowledge that you acquire no ownership rights over our platform, except for the limited license granted in these terms.
We reserve the right to terminate your license to use our services at any time if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms or any other policy or guidelines provided by us.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account and any activity that occurs under your account. You also commit to providing accurate and complete information when registering on our accounting platform.
5. Payment terms and methods
At CONTADITO we are committed to providing you with a secure and easy payment service for all our services, as well as the payment choice according to the plan you choose: monthly or annual for any of our services, making available the following accepted payment method.
Credit / debit cards
Visa and MasterCard. Payments will be processed through a secure online payment platform called PIXEL PAY. Once payment for your chosen service is made, a detailed invoice will be sent to your email address including the total amount due, the accepted payment method, and any other relevant information. For automatic debit subscriptions, the date of your first payment will be used to process the monthly debit if you choose a monthly or annual plan.
Refunds and cancellations
We do not offer refunds for services already rendered. However, if there is a billing error, please contact us immediately through our customer service channels to correct any discrepancy. Cancellations must be made before the expiration date of your subscription to avoid additional charges, service interruptions, and other inconveniences. Any overpaid amount will be applied as credit for future services.
6. Modifications to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We recommend periodically reviewing this page to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of our services after the publication of changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
7. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Honduras, and any dispute related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Honduran authorities.
