No. When you create your account you automatically accept our terms and conditions of use. No paperwork or physical contracts.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No. Since we operate as software as a service, you can use the system for as long as you need and cancel whenever you want. Your information remains on our servers for 180 days after cancellation; after that, without an active subscription, it is deleted.
How do you bill?
Monthly or annually, your choice. The annual plan includes 2 months free. We accept bank transfers to any of our accounts and credit cards as payment methods.
What does implementation include?
Implementation is a one-time payment that includes initial account setup, catalog import, fiscal configuration (CAI, chart of accounts, branches), and team training until the system is ready to operate.
